Shipping policy

Thank you for choosing Mercia Workwear. We are committed to delivering high-quality, workwear directly to your workplace or home.

1. Delivery Timescale

Because we take the time to ensure every piece of workwear meets our standards—including the precision required for custom branding—our delivery window is as follows:

Standard Delivery: We aim to deliver all orders within 7 to 10 working days.
Definition of Working Days: Please note that working days are Monday to Friday and do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Bank Holidays.

2. Branded vs. Plain Orders

Branded Orders: For items involving printing, the 7–10 day delivery window begins once we have confirmed your order.
Plain Items: Orders for non-branded items may arrive sooner, but please allow the full 10 working day window during busy periods.

3. Shipping Costs

Standard UK Mainland: £7.50
Free Shipping: We offer free standard delivery on all orders over £500.
Highlands & Islands: Please note that deliveries to remote postcodes may incur additional charges and slightly longer transit times.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched from our facility, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. This allows you to monitor your parcel’s progress directly with our courier.

5. Delivery Instructions & Access

Accuracy: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the delivery address provided at checkout is correct. Mercia Workwear cannot be held responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.
Safe Place: If you are not available to receive your delivery, our couriers may leave the parcel in a designated "safe place" or with a neighbour.

6. Missing or Damaged Parcels

Damaged in Transit: Please inspect your package upon arrival. If the goods are damaged, take photos of the packaging and the items, and contact us at hello@merciaworkwear within 48 hours.
Delays: While we aim for delivery within 10 working days, occasionally courier delays occur. If your order has not arrived after 12 working days, please get in touch so we can investigate the status of your shipment.
